WHITEWATER -- Voters in the Whitewater Unified School District were divided late Tuesday on a$30 million capital referendum question, with not all of the votes tallied as of 11 p.m.

As of 11 p.m., allprecincts in Rock and Jefferson counties had reported results, but only four of six had been reported in Walworth County.
