DELAVAN — “The Cars Time Forgot,” a classic car show held annually in Delavan the past 19 years, was part of a weekend for car enthusiasts and for novice gearheads just looking to have some fun.

The overall event, Revv Up Weekend, started Friday with a community street dance downtown with live music, a beer tent, food and a kid zone. This was also the first year a street dance coincided with The Cars Time Forgot.

The vehicle made famous by "Back to the Future" has several nods to the movie series, including the license plate, items in the trunk and even a “flux capacitor” inside.

People gathered at the airport runway across from Lake Lawn Resort in Delavan on Sunday for the 19th annual Cars Time Forgot car show. More than 100 cars were on display throughout the day.
