The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin unanimously approved the Dawn Harvest Solar Energy Center Thursday, giving the green light to a major renewable energy development near Janesville. The 1,050-acre solar farm will span parts of Harmony and La Prairie townships, with construction expected to begin this spring and finish by December 2026.
