A combined total of nine players from Janesville Craig and Janesville Parker made the Big Eight Conference’s first-team offense or defense for 2023, the league announced Wednesday.
The Cougars had four offensive players and one defensive player make the first teams, while the Vikings had two each on the first-team offense and first-team defense. Janesville’s contingent of first-teamers included the conference’s leaders in passing yardage, rushing yardage and receiving yardage.
