Rock County administrator leaving for job with Universities of Wisconsin

JANESVILLE — Longtime Rock County Administrator Josh Smith will resign after the 2025 budget is approved, according to a statement the county issued late Monday.

Smith will become the senior associate vice president for finance at the Universities of Wisconsin.
