JANESVILLE — Janesville police officers responded to a single vehicle collision at Milton Avenue and East Memorial Drive on Sunday afternoon, after the vehicle struck a pole.

According to a release, the driver, Barry Lucas, 50, displayed signs of being intoxicated and failed standardized field sobriety tests. Lucas was arrested and faces a felony OWI charge. He also gave a blood sample, which is pending.
