Chocolate has become as diverse as the ways we enjoy it – while milk, white, and dark chocolate are the most familiar, in recent years ruby and blonde chocolate have gained some prominence, and dark chocolate is now sold under a wide spectrum of cacao percentages for those who prefer sweetness or bitterness.

While of course the two c’s most associated with Wisconsin are cheese are cranberries, there are many gifted makers and purveyors of fine chocolate all throughout the state.
